The Strataboss Community Portal is designed to both enhance the customer service experience for condominium owners as well as reduce the overhead of incoming queries and requests. This is achieved by providing an easy place for owners to self-service their day-to-day needs and gain access to a range of information relating to their property.
To provide condominium owners with access to the Community Portal, management staff need only to issue owners with their respective system generated Portal Login letters. The Portal Login letter contains first-time login details and instructions. The process is self-serviced, online and does not involve any filling out of paper forms or additional administration by the management staff.
